ARCAgent™ 3000P

The ARCAgent™ 3000P is the ultimate tool for all welding professionals and support personnel. The 3000P and ARClient® together provide portable weld arc data acquisition, Weld Signature™ display, and storage capabilities with easy-to-use, single-click, quick-linking to all welding data and system settings. The 3000P can be used in a wide range of activities including: laboratory and in-the-field weld procedure setup and documentation, productivity/cost analysis, weld equipment diagnostics, weld process troubleshooting, and many more. The ARCAgent™ 3000P has full ARClient® and ARCharter™ software support.

Real-time Weld Signature™ Display

The ARCAgent™ 3000P provides all the features and functions of IMPACT's best ARCAgent™ Weld Monitoring system, yet in a portable enclosure. One of those features is the accurate, high-speed sensing and display of Weld Signature™ data. ARClient is full of analysis tools including: simple navigation, quick-linking to other data information types, weld signature zoom & pan, weld signature overlays, and graphical limit editing to name a few.

The Perfect Tool for all Welding Professionals

"You don't know what's happening, unless you have the data." The 3000P automatically calculates many of the critical welding measurements, including: deposition rate, total deposition, heat input, etc. Standard reports in ARClient® provide the welding engineer with feature data, including: sensor averages, peak averages, background averages, highest average, lowest average, pulse width, pulse frequency, shorting frequency, and much more. All Information Recorded to PC via Ethernet. The 3000P can be used standalone or connected to an Ethernet network and PC for real-time information display, storage and database (ARCharter™) connectivity for pre-configured and custom charts and reports.
