The ARCAgent™ Totalizer is a rugged data acquisition system for weld production totalization. It can totalize any one (at a time) of the following ARCAgent™ sensors: current, wire feed speed, gas flow. The Totalizer can be used to record anything from total arc time to total consumable usage to the display and recording of every weld event to a database for charting, trending and analysis. The ARCAgent™ Totalizer has full ARClient® and ARCharter™ support.

Totalizes Arc Time (with any attached sensor)

The ARCAgent™ Totalizer totalizes the amount of time that the welding equipment is used in production welding. No matter which sensor is chosen, the system will totalize how often the arc is on, the wire is moving or the gas is flowing.

Values Displayed in English or Metric Units

Any value displayed at the Totalizer can be viewed in English or Metric units. When networking to a PC for real-time data display and storage, the PC software settings will determine which measure the data will be stored in.

All Information Recorded to PC via Ethernet

All ARCAgent products feature Ethernet communications. The Totalizer can be used standalone or connected to an Ethernet network and PC for real-time information display, storage and database connectivity for pre-configured and custom reports.

ARClient® provides the graphical user interface for all ARCAgent™ systems. ARClient® provides real-time WELD SIGNATURE™ data , report views, Part Tracking™ views, automated reporting, database connectivity, DDE connectivity, cell HMI, downtime tracking, and biometric authorization and security.

Full ARCharter™ Support

ARCharter™ is our database for enterprise production weld information reporting and charting. ARCharter™ is an SQL database that was specially designed for enterprise weld production reporting.
